Before you send us your machine, please back up your data. Repair work can damage or destroy data, some repairs require erasing the drive, and we do not provide data recovery.

Submitting this form means you accept our repair terms and conditions. In short: our workmanship is guaranteed for 30 days, our liability is limited to the price of the repair, and equipment left uncollected for 90 days may be sold or disposed of.
